Enriched by their respective experiences, singer-composer Youenn Guillanton, and multi-talented guitarist Philippe Brosse, have chosen the world's many cultures as the basis for a fusion of complementary musical universes. A duet which at first may seem surprising, but the discovery of which will reassure all those who wonder what the Breton music scene can offer in the way of new and interesting creations. For his second recording, Youenn Guillanton chose Philippe Brosse as his co-composer so as to obtain "music which lets us travel throughout both world-wide cultures and contemporary music." And thanks to his very personal writing, "Goulou war ar mor ..." transports us into the very heart of a "resolutely poetic and contemporary" ambiance "bringing together mysticism and modernity".
