Should the tunes be traditional, or personal, Faro dares the blending of traditionnal Breton dancing music with contemporary and jam music. This eponymous cd released in 2007 ignited a new era for Faro. The brass band which was invited to participate in the cd marked the beginning of the Faro’kestra project. An orchestral dimension was added to an audacious gamble of an improbable encounter, deeply rooted in innovating Breton music.
