The title of the first album of Bashavav was imperative. It has oriental fragrances, brought back by stay in India, in Turkey and especially in the Balkans... With the Rumanian accordionist-singer, Virgil Stoican, the four virtuosos from Rennes alternate instrumental musics with songs which are nostalgic and bewitching, who take you body and soul. Some traditional music ’Gypsies, Rumanian, Turkish’ are added to the brilliant compositions of the group.
