Following the extraordinary welcome the public recognised to “Ottoni & settimini” (the CD that in the year 2000 marked the recording return of La Lionetta after a long reflective pause) the band is now proposing again its unusual blend of songwriter’s folk music in “Arzan” (“Silver”). An acute reflection on nowadays’ Turin, multicultural and multiethnic, able to consider the great tradition of the European ballad and the truest Italian-style song writing at the same time.
