Bärtavela means “women’s chatting”, in Piedmontese, and this is the ironic name of a new band of female artists only. This project is a tribute to Teresa Viarengo-the famous traditional singer from Asti-and to all the woman that have kept and handed down the rich patrimony of Piedmontese ballads.
